Jennifer Summers has an extensive background in Real Estate and new construction. She started her real estate career in 1996 in her families’ Real Estate brokerage and new construction companies, shortly after graduating with a BA in Business Marketing from UNT.

Throughout Jennifer’s career, she has navigated a wide range of real estate transactions, including residential and investment properties. She has worked with a diverse clientele, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, and has built a strong network of industry professionals to ensure smooth and successful transactions.

As a team leader, Jennifer is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning among her team members. She believes that building strong relationships with clients and colleagues is key to achieving success in the competitive real estate industry.

As a second-generation real estate investor and 4th generation Texan who spent her childhood in the Los Angeles area, Jennifer Demarest has a deep understanding of both the homeowner and financial aspects of real estate ownership. She has been investing in Austin real estate for 20 years and been a licensed Texas Realtor for a decade. Jennifer knows that buying and selling property is often the most important financial activity you do; it’s not just an investment—it’s your home.

Born and raised in El Paso, Giovanna Martin is a proud Texan with a personality as big as the Lone Star State itself. A former servicewoman, Giovanna is hard-working, organized, and Army Strong. A third-generation realtor, Giovanna has been walking properties and attending open houses for as long as she can remember, and she absolutely loves it! Dedicated and determined, Giovanna can help successfully negotiate your next venture.

Olivia Boyce joined The Summers Group in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of sales knowledge and experience. As a native Texan, her vast knowledge of the market is a valuable asset to the firm and its clients. Olivia began her career in Property management in 2015. After excelling in her career with property management, She decided to become a real estate agent in 2017 learning the business first-hand from seasoned professionals, and eventually started serving her clients as a realtor. Lindsey Palkovic has always gravitated towards the service sector in one way or another, and this is what led her to real estate. Jasmine Keys boasts a decade-long background as a customer service and real estate professional. Shortly after graduating with a BA in Sociology from LSU, she left her native Louisiana and relocated to Texas to explore her life-long passion for real estate. She spent the next five years gaining valuable, first-hand experience and mastering the fields of sales services, personal real estate investment, administration and property management. Jasmine has an intense passion for people and believes that every family and individual deserves the chance to build their legacy through real estate. She will work tirelessly, to ensure a first-class client experience while helping her clients to achieve their goals.

Jacoree Gaines joined the team in September 2018. She is a multi-faceted professional who wears many hats. As a wife and mother, she is dedicated to creating a loving and supportive home for her family. She brings this same level of commitment and passion to her role as a Real Estate Operations Manager, where she oversees day-to-day operations and ensures that all buyers and sellers have an exceptional experience by providing administrative professional support to the team and clients.

Valerie Dunleavy joined the team in September 2021. We knew when we helped her and her husband to sell their home, that she was someone we wanted to keep around! With a deep understanding of the nuances of the market and a passion for customer service, she has built a reputation as a reliable and knowledgeable resource for both clients and colleagues. She works closely with our team to ensure that every client receives the attention and support they need to make informed decisions and achieve their goals.
